The Account Manager role is essential to Tally’s strategy and operations. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the world’s most impactful tokenized organizations to manage high-profile implementations, identify opportunities to create client value, deepen relationships, and help define Tally’s product roadmap.

Job Description:

  • Drive implementation success by working with clients and Tally’s product team to define requirements and deliver successfully against them
  • Work with Tally’s clients to understand future needs and identify opportunities for Tally to create value
  • Own client contract renewal and account expansion
  • Manage inbound customer support issues from Tally’s enterprise clients, working with Tally’s product team to document and prioritize

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in an account management or customer success role for an enterprise software company
