Our mission at Electric Coin Co. is to empower economic freedom, and to that end, we created and launched the Zcash digital currency in 2016. Today — along with other independent teams and developers — we continue to support the Zcash community through product development, awareness and adoption, and cutting-edge research initiatives.
We engage in a variety of media and social media channels to communicate with a wide audience, educate, maintain transparency, and broadcast our message to the world. To drive these initiatives, we are seeking a hands-on Strategic Marketing Manager who will drive the adoption of Zcash for payments and the support of the Zcash protocol.
The Strategic Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with our Community Manager and our Zashi Head of Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media campaigns that educate and inform our audience. Leverage analytics and user research insights to create engaging content that resonates with users and the Zcash community. Maintain a content calendar.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that support our product roadmap and overall business objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including management of web properties and social media, to enhance online presence and generate demand.
- Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain ECC’s brand identity and messaging across all channels to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.
- Public Relations: Manage media relations and develop press releases, media kits, and thought leadership pieces to position ECC as a trusted authority in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers to amplify our message and extend our reach.
- Team Leadership: Help build out the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
